***The payment plan
1) reservation fee
- 1 bedroom unit = 100,000.-
1st Payment
- 50% of the purchase price minus the reservation fee within 14 days after reservation date
- balance 50% of the purchases price within 6 months after reservation date
Special offer;
- after the buyer completed 50% payment then they can move in or rent the unit out.
So I would suggest the client to completed the first 50% payment first if you would like to use the unit.
If client make payment 100% in one time will get better discount than installment🙏

-Sinking fund 600 thb/sq.m
-maintenance fee 60 thb/sq.m
-water meter installation 10,000 thb
-electricity meter installation 10,000 thb
- transfer fee for freehold 3.3% of the purchase price / for leasehold 1.1% of the purchase price
- insurance 1 year about 2,800 thb for 1 bedroom
Freehold ownership fee;
- 400,000 THB from purchase price (1 bedroom)
